Professional Services Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking a PS Consultant, responsible for managing and optimizing infrastructure on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will work closely with the technical teams to ensure efficient network visibility, security, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in network administration, network security, or infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with network visibility solutions is strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, L2/L3 protocols, and network security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and public/private cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, REST APIs) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Security & Compliance
- Basic knowledge of security defense principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability).
- Awareness of relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Other Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh for the duration of the 1-year contract.
